Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Marie Curie UK. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, you will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement inclusive recruitment strategies, leveraging digital channels and social media to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, actively promoting Marie Curie UK and selling job roles to candidates.
- Assist with organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events, ensuring candidate capture and ongoing relationship management.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on inclusive recruitment policy and practice, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and measures, ensuring consistent delivery against service level agreements.
- Relevant in-house recruitment experience gained in large complex corporate settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience, with a track record of passive candidate attraction and fulfilling external talent demand via proactive pipeline-driven direct sourcing.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A good understanding of digital attraction, social media, and how these channels can be leveraged for recruitment.
- Knowledge of inclusive assessment and selection techniques, as well as employment law, regulations, and policy affecting Talent Acquisition.
