Position Overview

The University of Hertfordshire is seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Senior Lecturer in Clinical Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of educational duties, including:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across our postgraduate medicine and public health modules.
  • Creating interactive learning experiences, developing and grading both formative and summative assessments, and offering insightful feedback to students.
  • Providing supervision for postgraduate programs, ensuring both academic guidance and pastoral care for students.
  • Recognizing opportunities for enhancement and innovating new educational resources.
  • Participating in the strategic planning and development of program goals and learning outcomes.
  • Engaging in scholarly and/or research activities alongside teaching commitments.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in postgraduate education.

  • In-depth knowledge in relevant subject areas.
