About the Role

Crofton Springs, Cheltenham, is a new care home opening in 2024, and we're seeking a Night Care Team Leader to join our team.

As a Night Care Team Leader, you'll provide leadership and direction to our care staff, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. You'll lead by example, demonstrating kindness, integrity, and a commitment to fairness.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. You'll hold a SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have previous experience working in elderly and dementia care.
