Traffic Management Specialist

FM Conway is seeking a skilled Traffic Management Operative to join our Traffic Light division based in Stevenage. As a key member of our team, you will work on a full-time, permanent basis, with opportunities for day shifts or night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights as required
- Assisting with traffic diversion
- Maintaining and removing traffic lights within the required timeframe
- Managing traffic flow at temporary traffic lights, ensuring public compliance
- Working closely with management and crews, taking instructions from the management team
- Ensuring site safety and conducting on-site assessments
- Responding to emergencies, notifying relevant personnel
- Participating in on-call rota, if required
Requirements:
- Knowledge of traffic management operations
- Valid CSCS card
- One of the following traffic management tickets: Lantra –, M1/2, M5, M6, 12AB Operatives, LTMO / TMF
- Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
- Awareness and compliance with provided RAMS
