Job Summary:
We're seeking a Field Insurance Advisor to join our Home, SME, and Commercial Claims team in Leeds. As a Field Insurance Advisor, you'll be our direct support to customers, visiting their homes or commercial premises to support their claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out field-led claim visits, completing on-site reporting, evidence gathering, and digital scoping.
- Provide additional support when required, including vulnerable customers and other ad-hoc claim investigations.
- Review digital evidence from an online portal to gather evidence and provide accurate cost scoping.
- Participate in event/surge deployments to assist our customers when and where needed.
- Re-inspect properties in support of cost control and customer journey with our network.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- A*-C (9-4) GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, which you'll be able to evidence.
- 3 A-Levels' A*-C in any subject.
- A full driving licence, which you'll need to acquire within the first year of the role if you don't already have one.
