About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Remediation Coordinator to join our team at Centrick. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing major works and remediation projects across our portfolio.

As a Property Remediation Coordinator, you will work closely with our Building Safety and Remediation Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, including residents, developers, and suppliers, to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage major works and remediation projects across our portfolio
  • Work closely with the Building Safety and Remediation Manager to ensure project delivery
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including residents, developers, and suppliers
  • Monitor and track project progress
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
