Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A&E General Nurse to join our team at Woodlands Rehabilitation Service in York.

About the Role:

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke, and spinal cord injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex patients, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Lead the team on shift and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • A current NMC Pin registration.
