AWS Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AWS Platform Engineer to join our team at Opus Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AWS-based platforms for running customer-facing workloads at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable and secure AWS-based platforms
- Implement automation and testing to ensure high levels of resilience and performance
- Optimize cost and carbon efficiency throughout the infrastructure
- Strong experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, and Lambda
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitLab
- Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python development
- Experience with Jenkins
- A competitive day rate of £450 or more, depending on experience
- A 2-year project with a high likelihood of extension
