Job Title: AV Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Achilles Information Limited. As a key member of our Infrastructure and DevOps team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's AV infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide infrastructure expertise and create solutions that support project deliverables.
  • Identify and deliver infrastructure improvement projects to enhance our company's AV capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze security and network performance, and undertake remedial activity where issues are identified.
  • Provide infrastructure support through our helpdesk ticketing system within agreed SLAs.
  • Support deployments and releases across multiple platforms and environments.
  • Work closely with build engineers, developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and configurators as part of cross-functional teams in an agile project environment.
