Job Title: AV Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Achilles Information Limited. As a key member of our Infrastructure and DevOps team, you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our AV infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide infrastructure expertise and support the creation of solutions that meet project deliverables.
  • Identify and deliver infrastructure improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our AV systems.
  • Monitor and analyze security and network performance, and undertake remedial activity to address any issues that arise.
  • Provide infrastructure support through our helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring that all issues are resolved within agreed service level agreements.
  • Support deployments and releases across multiple platforms and environments, working closely with build engineers, developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and configurators.
