Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you'll be responsible for reviewing website content and functionality, supporting project testing and deployment, and working closely with our IT and third-party development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on site performance and customer interaction using New Relic
  • Create and deploy A/B tests using Adobe Target, reporting on pre and post results
  • Support e-commerce growth with new project research, analysis, and reporting
  • Proactively manage bug and issue reporting
  • Test and report on new project and support fixes
  • Produce project updates for key stakeholders and the wider company
  • Support the business with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in a support environment, preferably with JIRA or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Outstanding research capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality reports
  • Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Desirable: experience working on project creation and Magento experience
