Overview
An exciting opportunity has emerged with a leading global exhibition organization for an IT Support Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central.

You will be an integral part of the IT Support team, delivering outstanding technical assistance to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues to users throughout the organization.
- Manage user accounts and resources utilizing Microsoft Active Directory and related tools.
- Ensure the delivery and security configuration of retail system access devices.
- Deploy hardware and software consistently and securely.
- Conduct routine activities to maintain operational information systems, including regular inspections and testing of upgrades and enhancements.
- Perform daily checks on e-commerce and web systems to ensure functionality.
- Guarantee that all retail hardware remains fully operational.

Additional Duties
- Oversee software and hardware patching, upgrades, and replacements within required timelines, while removing obsolete data from systems.
- Assist in the development and execution of new IT initiatives.
- Update Helpdesk incidents and requests as necessary.
- Provide support and maintenance for kiosk and display equipment in retail settings.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central (preferably both) with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Solid background in hardware and software support.
- At least 2 years' experience in a Service Desk role, covering 1st and 2nd Line Support.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and SharePoint.
- Understanding of Group Policy and documentation skills.
- Experience in retail support and network connectivity, including VPNs.
- Strong configuration and troubleshooting abilities.

Package

- Hybrid working model – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote (flexible).
