Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at Consortia, a specialist recruitment agency focused on global roles within UX, Product, Data, and Engineering markets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial MERN stack experience, boasting a solid history of delivering end-to-end solutions. Essential familiarity with Node, TypeScript, GraphQL, and MongoDB is required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in CI/CD pipelines, immutable infrastructure, containers, and serverless architectures. Proven capacity to handle intricate problems and guide them to resolution independently is essential.

B2B SAAS products experience is advantageous, and AWS Amplify is a nice to have. The role involves collaborating seamlessly within interdisciplinary engineering teams, overseeing the entire lifecycle of solutions.

The Senior Backend Engineer will apply a robust product-oriented mindset to tackle ambiguous problems, pinpoint root causes, and suggest optimal resolutions. The ability to address challenges independently, assuming full responsibility for problem-solving, is crucial.
