Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at Consortia, a specialist recruitment agency focused on global roles within UX, Product, Data, and Engineering markets.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and dependable systems based on a MERN Tech stack.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams to oversee the entire lifecycle of solutions.
  • Apply a robust product-oriented mindset to tackle ambiguous problems and suggest optimal resolutions.
  • Flourish in a swiftly changing and evolving setting, showcasing adaptability and resilience tailored to the unique intricacies of the product.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial MERN stack experience, boasting a solid history of delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Essential familiarity with Node, TypeScript, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
  • Display expertise in CI/CD pipelines, immutable infrastructure, containers, and serverless architectures.
  • Proven capacity to handle intricate problems and guide them to resolution independently.
  • B2B SAAS products experience is advantageous.
  • AWS Amplify is nice to have.
