Why be a B2B Marketing Manager at THG?

As a B2B Marketing Manager at THG, you'll play a crucial role in our growth plans. You'll be part of a solid team of professionals, spearheaded by our Chief Brand & Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the central marketing campaign plan for our brand(s) and act as the guardian for all brand messaging and activity.
  • Develop and maintain the brand's website, collaborating with leads to deliver the correct CRO goals.
  • Collaborate with the Ingenuity strategy team to define and evolve the content plan.
  • Work with wider business subject matter experts to produce hero content as part of campaign agendas.
  • Coordinate and amplify content and campaigns to deliver maximum impact across key markets.
  • Be accountable for overall marketing performance for our brand.
Requirements:
  • Deliver campaigns and content optimized for the full customer funnel.
  • Sufficiently grow brand awareness levels in market and level up brand consideration and conversion.
  • Support marketing activation leads to deliver channel excellence.
  • Clearly demonstrate the ROI from marketing activities.
