THG Ingenuity is seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue
  • Own the central marketing campaign plan for our brand(s) and act as the guardian for all brand messaging and activity
  • Collaborate with the Ingenuity strategy team to define and evolve the content plan
  • Collaborate with wider business subject matter experts / product owners to produce hero content as part of campaign agenda
  • Own the campaign sponsorship plan, identifying key partners to collaborate with us on campaigns
  • Own the product marketing agenda for our brand to support Customer Success
  • Own the marketing budget for our brand, closely managing and optimising this for maximum ROI

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record of delivering results-driven campaigns
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
