We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at LiveWest. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
Purpose of the Role:
- You will be responsible for delivering a first-class maintenance service, ensuring that all sites are safe and well-maintained.
- You will work closely with our operations team to identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and fittings.
- Conduct thorough inspections of sites to identify potential maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the longevity of our properties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi Skilled Technician.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
