Our Finance Team
The Finance team plays a vital role in supporting decision-making, managing liquidity, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This team is responsible for generating key information, procuring and paying vendors, tracking inflows of funds, and planning and analyzing business trends.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our Finance Department. As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, credit control, and accurately recording information into our accounting system. This is a varied role that requires a strong analytical skillset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices and credit control
- Accurately record information into the accounting system
- Analyze monthly sales information
- Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts for HQ and International Offices
- Perform credit control functions, including recovery of outstanding payments
- Prepare monthly prepayments and accruals
- Assist with year-end preparation of statutory financial statements
Requirements
- Previous experience within a Finance team at Administration or higher
- Ideal education to degree level or relevant experience within Finance
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications
- Finance qualification with a recognized body or previous experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience of Sage 500 and SAP
