Job Title: Finance Administrator

Randox Laboratories is a leading international company operating in over 145 countries, with a strong presence in the Diagnostics and Healthcare sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our Finance Department.

About the Role:

This is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounts payable and wider procurement duties, including data entry, contract negotiation, and credit control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase invoices, including matching with purchase orders and making payments to suppliers.
  • Manage queries on invoicing and payments.
  • Perform credit control for outstanding sales invoices.
  • Complete weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements:
  • 4 GCSE or equivalent, grade A* - C, including English and Maths.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in a finance environment.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience of SAP or Sage 500.
