Position Overview

Step Teachers is collaborating with a well-regarded nursery chain in North London, seeking a passionate and committed Lead Early Years Educator to become a vital part of their vibrant team.

Working Hours: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm - 4 days a week &; 1 half day 8am-12pm / 2pm-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging learning experiences for children in the Early Years sector.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children entrusted to your care.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in supporting children's educational and developmental needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and fellow early years professionals.
  • Assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback to foster their growth.
  • Adhere to the nursery's policies and ensure consistent application of these standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years is highly preferred.
  • Recent experience in a nursery or educational support role is essential.
  • Strong classroom and behavior management skills are required.
