We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team at N Family Club. As an Apprentice Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our children, while also developing your skills and knowledge in early years education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Education: Learn and support the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum, ensuring that children receive a stimulating and engaging learning experience.
  • Support Daily Routine: Sensitively learn and support the implementation of the daily routine, ensuring that children's needs are met and that the nursery runs smoothly.
  • Plan Innovative Learning Experiences: Observe and contribute towards planning innovative learning experiences that constantly challenge children's learning and development, ensuring that they are prepared for the ever-changing modern world.
  • Assess and Record Children's Progress: Observe and contribute towards high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for the children within your care, ensuring that their progress is accurately recorded and reported to parents.
  • Support Key Transition Periods: Learn and support key transition periods within the room, such as sleep times, mealtimes, and outings, ensuring that they occur smoothly and that children's needs are met.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and child welfare are maintained throughout the day.
  • Build Relationships with Parents and Team Members: Learn and support building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents and team members, ensuring that communication is open and effective.
  • Promote Safeguarding Procedures: Promote and role-model safeguarding procedures and the importance of child welfare, ensuring that children are kept safe and secure at all times.
