Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing cases from initial instruction through to post-completion.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships with a diverse range of clients and introducers.
- Handling a full caseload with a focus on broader Residential Property transactions.
- Addressing client and third-party technical legal inquiries.
- Delivering outstanding service to clients and introducers, maintaining regular and proactive communication throughout the process.
- Actively participating in the development of the division, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.
Qualifications Required:
- The successful candidate will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Conveyancer in Residential Property.
- Possess a thorough understanding of relevant law and practice, with a proven track record in the Conveyancing processes.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a motivated, organized team player.
