We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Addition+. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.

Key Responsibilities
  • High-level cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working independently and proactively managing your schedule to ensure communal areas are clean and safe
  • Assessing maintenance issues, health and safety, and reporting defects
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a flexible team
  • Current and full driving license (essential for using a company van)
  • Experience working to achieve agreed works within agreed time frames
  • Ability to live in or around the Maidstone area
