We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Addition+. As a leading maintenance company, we provide exceptional cleaning services to the Property Management industry.

As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for the high-level cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks. You will provide a high standard of customer service, work independently, and proactively manage your schedule to ensure the communal areas are clean, tidy, and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the high-level cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Ability to work alone and proactively manage your schedule.
  • Help assess for maintenance issues, health and safety, and report defects.

Core Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a flexible team.
  • Current and full Driving License (essential for using a company van).
  • Experience of working to achieve agreed works within agreed time frames.
