Meallmore Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Willow Lodge Care Home, a purpose-built facility providing high-quality care for vulnerable individuals with mental health needs.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Meallmore, you will be responsible for providing leadership and ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical practice. Your duties will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the shift
  • Continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan
  • Mentoring team members and role-modelling best practice

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks

Salary and Hours:

The salary for this role is £20.37 per hour, with overtime rates and benefits available. Full-time, part-time, and bank opportunities are available.
