About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore's Willow Lodge Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized nursing care to our residents, focusing on recovery-led care and enabling individuals to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
  • Oversee all aspects of the shift, ensuring seamless care delivery
  • Conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan
  • Mentor and support your team members, promoting best practice and professional development
Requirements
  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks
