  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, ensuring it meets Home Instead\u2019s high standards. Conduct regular service reviews and implement improvements based on feedback and assessments.
  • Service Reviews: Support routine reviews of care services to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with care plans. Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Safe Scheduling: Support the scheduling of care visits to ensure optimal coverage and continuity of care. Coordinate with caregivers to handle any scheduling changes or emergencies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all care activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and Home Instead standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
  • Field Support: Provide on-the-ground support to Care Professionals and clients, addressing any immediate issues or needs. Conduct home visits to monitor the quality of care and support provided.
  • On Call: On rotation with others within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in domiciliary care, preferably within a franchise environment.
  • Strong understanding of care planning, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to carry out on-call duties on a rotational basis.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver\u2019s license and own car (essential for field support duties).
  • Right to Work in the UK must be established.
