Job Title: Senior Media Planning and Performance Director

Assembly is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Media Planning and Performance Director to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing media strategies to achieve our client's marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute media plans that drive business results and meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various channels, including offline, search, social, display, video, and programmatic.
Requirements:
  • Strong team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Must be technically proficient in Google Analytics 4, Paid social (META, TikTok, Snapchat at minimum), and Paid search (Google) ad management suits, up-to-date certifications beneficial.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
