Job Title: Assistant Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Service Manager to join our team at The Edmund Trust. As a key member of our Group F team, you will be responsible for overseeing two supported living services in Benwick and March.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work closely with family members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
  • You will demonstrate the values of The Edmund Trust, including adaptability, friendliness, and a passion for supporting people with a learning disability.
  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the supported living services, ensuring that all aspects of care and support are delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the needs of people with a learning disability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with family members, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to the values of The Edmund Trust, including adaptability, friendliness, and a passion for supporting people with a learning disability.
