About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the eCommerce Manager and wider team to deliver against this strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Build and maintain a brand's presence across multiple social media channels
  • Create, execute and monitor marketing campaign budgets
  • Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Build strategies with a key focus on driving new customer acquisition and increasing brand awareness
  • Use analytics software to identify customer touch-points and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
  • Establish and lead email marketing strategy to drive sales, engagement, with personalisation in mind

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a digital/performance marketing role within e-commerce/online retail
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and paid advertising campaigns
  • Knowledgeable in CRM and email/customer journeys with personalisation and dynamic content inclusion
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Proven in building digital marketing strategies with confidence in presenting to senior leadership team
  • Knowledgeable in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Knowledge of building and implementing structure and plans from scratch, whilst remaining hands on and reactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trading environment
  • Confident in managing third-party relationships and delivery against KPI's and budget
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Klaviyo)
