Position Overview:

The role involves overseeing the stock levels of finished products, collaborating with key partners, and assessing inventory strategies. This position is crucial for developing and sustaining data inputs for the computerized inventory control system to ensure adherence to standards and reduce waste.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inventory restocking with key partners
  • Aim to achieve yearly targets for finished goods inventory
  • Reduce waste by identifying challenges and suggesting improvements
  • Manage shipments and track forecasts and safety stock
  • Evaluate stocking orders with partners and manage shelf life products for dispatch
  • Develop and sustain data inputs for the computerized inventory control system
  • Prepare and share status updates and undertake other related tasks as needed

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Politeness and tact in resolving issues

Educational Background:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Economics
  • Familiarity with Demand Planning and Sales and Operations Planning processes
  • Proficient in computerized inventory and distribution management systems

International Mobility:

  • Not required

Travel Expectations:

  • Occasional travel of 10-15%
