Key Responsibilities- Customer Service:
- Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, responding to their queries and concerns.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a positive and friendly service.
- Upsell products and services to customers, highlighting promotions and offers to maximize sales.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Store Operations:
- Work stock, checking deliveries and stocking shelves to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Complete additional assigned tasks, such as date checking, stock and gap checking, price changes, and promotional displays.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of customer service and store efficiency.
- Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to contribute ideas for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential.
