About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Upselling and Sales: Upsell food and beverage items to guests as required, promoting our menu offerings.
  • Payment Handling: Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor, and set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Conference and Events Service: Serve guests in our conference and events areas, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Room Service: Assist with room service orders as required, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Training and Development: Attend training sessions and team meetings as required, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
