A Day in the Life
As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from around the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You'll work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and efficient service, delivering the best possible guest experience every time.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet Guests - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take Orders - Take food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Upsell - Upsell food and beverage items to guests as required
- Handle Payments - Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately
- Maintain Cleanliness - Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor
- Set Up and Clear Tables - Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Serve Guests - Serve guests in our conference and events areas
- Assist with Room Service - Assist with room service orders as required
- Provide Excellent Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Follow Health and Safety Regulations - Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Attend Training Sessions - Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
- Other Duties - Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
