Job Title: Retirement Living Assistant
Contract Type : Fixed-Term contract
Salary : £24,627 per annum.
Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern : Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact via phone and in person, maintaining a supportive demeanor.
  • Assist in the effective management of housing services, including handling tenancy agreements.
  • Ensure that all records and files are securely maintained to uphold confidentiality.
  • Report maintenance and repair needs in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support the monitoring and execution of service contracts related to the facility.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Promote customer involvement and ensure effective communication with residents.
  • Adhere to Riverside's safeguarding policies and health and safety standards.

About You:

We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • Experience in a customer-oriented role.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Background in working with vulnerable or elderly populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
