Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer calls and assess them against agreed criteria.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Excel, to manage customer information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR.
- Provide excellent service to customers and ensure that customer interactions meet our client and regulatory obligations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation in complaint handling, particularly Dispute Resolution rules and Customer Outcome Testing.
- Experience of working with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Keen to take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR.
- Sociable, helpful, and eager to provide excellent service to customers.
- An excellent eye for detail, ensuring customer interactions meet our client and regulatory obligations.
