Job Description

At Russell Tobin, we are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Agent to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. As a Regulatory Agent, you will play a crucial role in monitoring customer calls and assessing them against agreed criteria, as well as investigating and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer calls and assess them against agreed criteria.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Excel, to manage customer information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR.
  • Provide excellent service to customers and ensure that customer interactions meet our client and regulatory obligations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation in complaint handling, particularly Dispute Resolution rules and Customer Outcome Testing.
  • Experience of working with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Keen to take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR.
  • Sociable, helpful, and eager to provide excellent service to customers.
  • An excellent eye for detail, ensuring customer interactions meet our client and regulatory obligations.
