Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-focused Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a key member of our online fashion brand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Merchandising function across Menswear, Womenswear, and Wholesale Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Provide key administrative support to the Merchandising function, including purchase order management, ensuring the critical path is managed and up-to-date, and communicating with suppliers.
  • Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to the Merchandising team, including creating daily/weekly reporting, trading updates, and general administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with suppliers, communicate effectively with the Merchandising team and wider business, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Buying, Design, and Garment Tech department to drive the department forward and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Merchandising for an online brand.
  • Good Excel skills and basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Numerical skills with a good level of mathematical competency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
