We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a student in Year 1. The successful candidate will work closely with the student, teachers, and SENCO to ensure consistent support and promote a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to the assigned student, implementing behavior management techniques and interventions as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with the student, promoting a positive learning environment and supporting their social and emotional development.
