Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our sales team at Just Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing and expanding our range of non-manufactured product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and improve product knowledge and training.
- Ensure competitiveness and profitability of our product ranges.
- Identify and develop business cases for new products to add to our range.
- Build relationships with suppliers and create launch documentation for new product ranges.
- Support field sales teams with training and product growth.
- Travel domestically and internationally to visit exhibitions, suppliers, and customers.
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous commercial experience, preferably in direct sales.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and interest in engineering.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch.
- Hybrid working available after full product training and successful candidate can work independently from home.
