Role Overview
- Oversee and manage cash forecasting processes for assigned entities, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conduct analysis of cash actuals post-month-end closure and provide variance insights as needed.
- Meet reporting obligations, including financial period-end activities, detailed analyses, and reconciliations.
- Support Treasury Assistants in daily cash management and banking functions, ensuring timely fulfillment of financial commitments.
- Engage with both internal and external auditors, assisting in SOX compliance testing.
- Contribute to ongoing Treasury transformation initiatives.
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks within the Treasury Department as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash forecasting activities for relevant entities, adapting as necessary to meet organizational expectations. Handle multi-currency data for immediate, short, and long-term forecasts.
- Aggregate data and perform variance analysis for local entities, utilizing information from internal departments.
- Execute monthly responsibilities, including cashflow 'actuals' analysis, updating forecasts, and maintaining hedging effectiveness records.
- Provide essential support to Treasury team members in the EME region regarding Kyriba, including developing procedural documentation.
- Collaborate with auditors, participating in SOX walkthroughs and internal control assessments.
- Assist in operational tasks within the Treasury team, managing daily cash operations, payment processes, and month-end reconciliations.
- Support Treasury transformation efforts, actively participating in the evaluation of current practices for future improvements.
Qualifications
Essential:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Treasury, with a strong grasp of multi-currency cash management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workloads effectively and meet stringent deadlines.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable:
- Experience in the oil and gas sector or related services.
- Background in financial analysis.
- Familiarity with operational systems such as Kyriba and Oracle.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or accounting.
Experience and Knowledge

- Solid understanding of cash forecasting, management, and foreign currency.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP and TMS systems, particularly Oracle and Kyriba, is advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills.
