About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a supportive and inclusive environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEND, including those with ADHD, ASC, MLD, SLD, and PMLD or SEMH
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Support pupils with their emotional and social needs, promoting positive relationships and behaviors
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
