Job Title: Credit Controller - Hybrid

Sheridan Maine South is recruiting for a leading international business in Oxfordshire who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3-6 months.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Debt Monitoring and Recovery: Monitor and chase debts on a ledger of accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debt.
  • Invoice and Statement Management: Send out copy invoices and statements to customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Payment and Query Resolution: Deal with payment and invoice queries from customers, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Customer Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • New Customer Setup: Set up new customers on the system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient processing.
  • Aged Debt Reporting: Produce aged debt reporting to identify and address potential issues.
  • Credit Checking: Conduct credit checks on new customers to assess their creditworthiness.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in credit control or accounts receivable, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Knowledge of European languages is a plus but not required.
