Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fun Shop Team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
