About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Team Member, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable time at our bowling and golf centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Support the delivery of centre events and activities, promoting a fun and engaging environment
  • Assist with the maintenance of centre facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing skills and knowledge to support career growth
