The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a prominent and approachable presence for patients, their families, caregivers, and colleagues, coordinating teams to enhance performance across all levels. Applicants should demonstrate outstanding interpersonal abilities, clinical proficiency, and comprehensive knowledge. Strong leadership qualities, the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively, and excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills are essential. This role is crucial in addressing bed pressures and fostering an increase in day surgery, while ensuring patient safety and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Our organization provides leadership and development training aimed at enhancing leadership and management capabilities through various programs.
