We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
- Participate in stock management and replenishment, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained.
- Support colleagues in achieving their sales targets and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure store environment, reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
