We are seeking a talented Design and Sales Consultant to join our team at Wickes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

With our market-leading kitchen and bathroom ranges, you will help us deliver on our commitment to helping customers feel house proud. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create bespoke designs that meet their expectations.

As a Design and Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Creating innovative designs and solutions that meet customer needs
  • Working closely with customers to understand their preferences and requirements
  • Using our market-leading kitchen and bathroom ranges to deliver exceptional customer experiences

We offer a competitive salary and uncapped commission, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working, up to 35 days of annual leave, and up to 10% employer pension contribution.
