We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapeutic Radiographer to join our dynamic team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our radiotherapy department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of radiographers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and treatment planning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and treatments, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
- BSc in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as a Therapeutic Radiographer.
- Significant experience as a Band 5 Radiographer, with relevant specialist training and knowledge.
- Practical experience in planning and delivering a wide range of radiotherapy techniques.
