Paid Search Manager Job Description

The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies that drive business growth and meet client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, weekly reports, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams, and platform reps to drive best-in-class performance.
  • Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and oversee the Account Executive to deliver strong strategic approaches and adhere to Dentsu's QA policies and procedures.
  • Actively mentor and empower team members to increase quality and performance on clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid search.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 and international search engines a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
