Regulatory Actuarial Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Actuarial Manager to join our team at Ki Insurance. As a key member of our actuarial team, you will be responsible for assisting the Actuarial Director in all aspects of regulatory and statutory actuarial processes, including IFRS17 and SII Technical Provisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Actuarial Director in managing regulatory and statutory actuarial processes, including IFRS17 and SII Technical Provisions.
- Act as the key point of contact for relevant finance teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to improve process efficiencies related to regulatory and statutory actuarial processes.
- Coordinate and deliver actuarial calculations performed during the IFRS and SII TP calculations process.
- Work collaboratively with the wider actuarial and finance teams to oversee all actuarial aspects of reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
- Qualified actuary with experience in managing a small team of analysts.
- Expert regulatory knowledge with Lloyd's company market experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
